After three years at Rosary College/Dominican University, Dr. Rosanova-Kaper entered Northwestern University Medical School. She received a Bachelor of Science in Medicine in 1963 and a M.D. in 1966 from Northwestern University Medical School.
Dr. Rosanova-Kaper completed a Rotating Internship at Evanston Hospital, Northwestern University. She completed her Ophthalmology Residency at Northwestern University Medical Center in Chicago.
One of the few pioneering women to enter medicine in the 60s and the first to complete Ophthalmology Residency at Northwestern University, Dr. Rosanova-Kaper opened her office in Barrington in 1970.
Dr. Rosanova-Kaper continues her involvement in ophthalmologic education, participating in national and international Ophthalmology conferences. Dr. Rosanova-Kaper is a member of numerous local, national, and international ophthalmology organizations.
She is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Rosanova-Kaper has provided caring, outstanding medical and surgical eye care to the people of the Barrington area for over 45 years.
